My friend and I went to the Casino last night. We haven’t been in so long! Smart thing too, I started loosing. “Worked” 7 months playing BlackJack, but the luck, and float, had to run dry sometime. Oh well. It was good while it lasted.
I no longer have CAA. No need since I’m not driving, and she didn’t either have it either. She signed up with Bell Mobility Road Side Assistance. Problem was, she had never used it and didn’t know the number!
We were already late, and things were getting worse. Customer service closes @ midnight! So, bright idea, call CAA. They should know the number!
We had to pick a snowy night. We held on hold for half an hour. We got though finally. Thanks God they knew. #RESCUE; who would’ve thought!
The toe truck didn’t take that long. The problem was the locks were frozen, and he couldn’t get in! That took about an hour! So 3AM I get home. Still needing to shower, and having to be at work for 9AM. I’m not as young as I once was. Back in the day that was a daily thing! lol
. But it’s nice that people never forget. My old boyfriend, who’s birthday is 4 days before mine, never forgets. We seem to talk, or “re-unite” once a year for that, “Happy birthday!” and “Happy birthday to you too!” “Married?” “no.” “You?” “No.” We make plans to go for coffee, and then we go on with our lives for another year.
