Room to Breathe

My Platies had a baby. Only 1 that I can find. It’s so cute. ‘Bout
the size of 1/2 my baby finger nail. I worry though that my big fat
Pleco will suck him up.

Why when I tried to make my Gouramies have babies they wouldn’t. Now I
never clean my fish, forget to feed them every morning, allow the water
to evaporate to half, and they have babies? I have had this aquarium
running for about 2 years now, and the popsicle tetras that I bought as
starter fish have still survived. It may have actually been 3 years.
All I do know is that I have only cleaned the tank 3 times in the past
year. If only children worked the same way…..

The nightmare of disorganization known as my friends Stag & Doe. Minds
were changed every other day, and the evidence showed in our event.
With only 4 people from the wedding party avail, we needed all the help
we could get. But the guys viewed it more as a social event. Well…I
did too…but I atleast I didn’t get smashed until the end…and boy did
I ever. I don’t remember the last time I felt that way. My bf was so
helpful. He got my drunken ass home, and I guess stayed with me for
awhile after I passed out.

The whole night was a disaster. It started with us getting there late
to set up, then my gold fish that were to be used for a game got run
over by a truck. I wanted to cry, but it was the funniest thing that I
ever saw. 30 2″ feeder fish flopping around in the parking lot. I
never saw fish fly so high as my bf backed his SUV over the bucket
knocking them over. I had just set the bucket down while I was
unloading, not knowing that he was going to adjust and back the truck up
better. So the races didn’t get done. Besides, I didn’t have help to
do them.

People had a good time, and that’s really what it is all about. But I
think we could have been more successful.

Well, this was the first ever Stag & Doe I did, and only the second that
I have been to…so I guess it wasn’t that bad.

Now I just have to work on getting my $300 back that I shelled out.

I am watching Ed-TV on TBS right now. The movie’s about reality TV, and how it sucks, yet we can’t stop watching because “we want to know what happens next”.

I desperately need to go to bed, yet I can’t because I want to know how this stupid movie based on stupid reality shows ends.

Do you know what makes this worse? I took a moment during the commercial to write this, so that I wouldn’t miss it. Pathetic.

And what’s this? Canadian Dippin’ Dots? Well in my quest to try new things…even though I feel that there cannot be anything good for me in them, I will still be next in line this weekend.

I sometimes (often) dream about work…things that are stressing me out
mainly…in a twisted version. Last night I dreamt of a customer…one
that is a can be nightmare with support and that we haven’t heard from
in a while. The dream is totally unrelated to work…but I guess she
was on my mind since she called yesterday.

She called because her email wasn’t working…but twisted that and made
it about laundry. I went down to the laundrt room and checked the
dryer. In it there were 2 pair of panties, a teddy, a pair of sweat
shorts and 2 HUGE bras! The reason it wasn’t working is because she
didn’t have enough of a load. But I said, “Oh my god! Doesn’t she know
you wash this stuff by hand?!?!” My boss took her HUGE bra out (size
E-F; which doesn’t exist), and pinned it on the fridge; not before
compairing the size to my own breasts.

I wish I knew what this meant, and why I dreamed specifically about size
“E-F”. I think this might somehow tie into the fact that we were
life-jacket shopping last night…..
